Information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect information directly from you when you voluntarily provide to us, and automatically when you use the App.
Information Provided by You. The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
We may collect information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name, job title, and city and state. We do not process sensitive personal information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, biometric data, or financial accounts.
Application Data. When you use our App, we also may collect the following information:
• Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
• Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, [IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.]

When it is no longer necessary to process your information , we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable organizational and technical security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your information, transmission of information to and from our App is at your own risk.
You should only access the Services within a secure environment. Where we have given you a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age and you represent that you are at least 18.
This App is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If, in the future, a standard for online tracking is adopted that we are legally required to follow, we will update our practice and this Privacy Notice accordingly.
DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. However, this App is not intended for users residing out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
This App is not intended for users residing outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you represent that you are a resident of Pennsylvania.

When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers, your mobile device manufacturer, and your mobile service provider. We do not control these third parties’ collection or use of your information.
